Friends,
I thought I would post my learning goals:

Robbi Makely roberta_makely@dpsk12.org or 303.590.4487
The professional growth outcomes I expect to achieve by the end of the conference include:
1.Learn about digital citizenship
2.Make a minimum of three new professional contacts so that I can build on my professional learning network
3.Learn at least three new Web 2.0 tools to use with students

I am Anna White annawhite@sssd.k12.co.us. I teach 5th grade in Steamboat Springs.

My professional growth outcomes:
1) I will create a blog with 4 "pages" for all 4 of my classes. This will be a place where all students create, comment and collaborate on writing, reading responses, and current events. I will use one for all kids for the first year and then hope to go to all students having one when we have more access to devises.
2) I will use our set of six ipads ( team shares) to implement 2 new writing projects that incorporate text, images, and video.

3) I will work to use research tools to enable more in-depth writing pieces or use an app such a side by side to compare text and research topics.

I am Peggy White, peggy.white@dcsdk12.org
I teach in a self contained SED environment in Douglas County. I will be teaching English II, ACE I & II, Earth/Environmental Science, and PE during the
2013-14 school year.

My professional growth outcomes:
1) Increase my knowledge of educational technologies
2) Increase exposure to technologies being utilized in other schools / districts
3) Increase ability to seamlessly integrate technology into instructional design.
